Apply for an Analyst- Information Services Contract (Full Time/Permanent) role with IU Health! The working hours will be M-F approx 8a-5p and will be located onsite in Indianapolis with some weekly remote opportunities! This role will be part of the Demand Management department within the IIS Contract & Procurement team.

This role evaluates IS contracts and end-to-end diligence including the in-depth analysis, review, negotiation & execution of IS Contracts and associated financial impact analysis for Information Services (IS). Negotiates best deal terms for IS products and services including pricing and contract terms. Conducts vendor reviews, assists in the RFI/RFP process and evaluations, and completes audits that consider vendor performance levels and risks/compliance considerations (SLA monitoring). Communicates policies and procedures and collaborates with business partners. Prepares monthly reports including negotiated savings, contract pipeline, compliance and other financial reporting such as vendor spend analysis and identification of risks to budget/forecast, budget alignment with multi-year contracts.

 Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of related experience required including hands-on experience in negotiating savings, executing and monitoring complex IT contracts.
• Experience required in Information Technology and Healthcare and understanding related terminologies and principles.
• Experience with IS Contract & Procurement management including deal structure and negotiations, project management, service level agreement assessments, budget and forecast impact analysis experience required preferred.
• Return on investment modeling experience preferred.
• SLA program compliance experience preferred.
