Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report benefits metrics using Oracle, vendor systems, and Excel to compile and assess data
  • Support standard reporting needs and ad hoc information requests using internal reports and external vendor databases
  • Recommends and implements improvements to programs, services and processes
  • Researches and analyzes program design alternatives and tests proposals prior to implementation
  • Assist in consulting management, HR partners, and team members regarding benefits programs and policies 
  • Interact with internal and external resources to ensure proper program/policy design and ongoing administration which complies with legal and contractual requirements

Requirements


 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Nursing, related field, or equivalent years of experience required.
•Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the design, development, and administration of benefits and/or retirement programs is preferred.
• Requires the ability to apply and understand a variety of technical regulations and laws (e.g. ERISA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
• Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment is a plus.
