Apply for a Project Coordinator – Information Services Adult Academic Health Center (AAHC) Program opening with IU Health! This role will work M-F approx 8-5pm and will be a hybrid role with onsite responsibilities in Indianapolis as well as remote opportunities throughout the week. This will be part of the IIS PMO department within the AAHC Program team!

This position provides project management support to leaders and team members on the AAHC program. Assists with and supports team planning, execution, monitoring progress, and delivering end results.  Collaborates across Informatics and Information Services (IIS) teams to ensure alignment. This role will serve to assist the Project and Program Managers as liaisons between Informatics and Information Services and the Design and Construction individuals/team working alongside the AAHC Operations Team and others.  The coordinator will assess situations, gather appropriate information and input, and make recommendations to leaders. Ensure quality customer service and professional representation of the team and the department. The Information Services Project Coordinator will assist on specific projects as well as intra-program efforts. While this role is within the Informatics and Information Services Department, the technology scope managed will be heavily engrained in the overall design and construction of the new Adult Academic Medical Campus and its buildings.  As such, experience working within large healthcare organizations and/or on complex design and construction projects is desirable and applicants with Construction Management, Facilities/Property Management, Engineering/Design, and/or Information Technology project management or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

 Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience required.
• Clinical license and/or other certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• 0-3 years of experience is required.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
• Experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions is required.
• Requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
