Program Manager-Corporate Compliance (Hybrid)

Job Description

Overview

The Program Manager-Corporate Compliance contributes to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide annual Corporate Compliance work plan(s). Serves as subject matter expert and is responsible for the research, development, and deployment of strategies that enable achievement of the organization's enterprise-wide Corporate Compliance strategic goals and improvement in operation quality and efficiency. Monitors regulatory, legal, and industry developments and manages opportunities for their application to the corporate compliance program. Coordinates the analysis of risk, review of work plans and formulation of the annual work plan, engagement scope definition, workflow methodologies, and allocating department resources to specific needs based on assigned areas. Manages complex Corporate Compliance projects and reviews established business processes to evaluate effectiveness of compliance-related control systems designed to ensure that processes and practices lead to appropriate execution of regulatory requirements related to corporate integrity and billing compliance.

 Bachelor's Degree required.
• Requires 5-7 years of audit, billing, and/or compliance experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Requires professional certification in a compliance-related field of expertise, such as internal audit, fraud investigation, health care compliance, information management, etc. and/or RN with licensure in the state of Indiana.
• Requires healthcare experience within a compliance audit function or extensive clinical, operational, or other healthcare experience in areas related to billing, privacy, security, or information technology compliance.
• Requires knowledge of state and federal regulatory and federal regulatory agency laws and regulations (including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, Anti-Kickback, Fraud and Abuse laws, False Claims Act, etc.).
• May be required to travel to affiliate locations throughout the state in order to maintain effective contact with affiliate personnel and/or perform engagement procedures.
