Job Description

Overview

Assists the Director, Finance in planning, directing, and overall operation of the IUH Physician Compensation team. Manages ongoing analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions. Responsible for financial planning and financial analyses for assigned area, including monthly compensation reports and pooled models for all departments. Monitors financial performance of entities, service lines, and departments in comparison to budget. Implements change initiatives to achieve operational targets and prioritizes and assigns projects to Financial Services team members.

 Bachelors Degree Required. Masters Preferred.
• CPA License preferred.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare finance is required.
• Requires a high level of interpersonal; problem-solving; and analytical skills.
• Requires the ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources.
• Requires the ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
