Program Manager - Business/Program Development Hospice

Job Description

Overview

Plans and leads complex growth initiatives and multiple projects consistent with increasing access to IU Health Hospice care in the community. Determines, maintains, communicates, and manages key accounts, project organization, prioritization, strategic and tactical plans with measurable outcomes. This role is the face of IU Health Hospice in the community located in the south-central Bloomington region. Provides data tracking and analytics for input into executive leadership reporting and decision making.

Assists in the development of strategic plans for the system and leads the development of sustainable, documented processes to support the business. Executes on growth initiatives and leads performance improvement initiatives supporting end of life care and program development in the community. Develops, monitors, and reports on operational performance, trending analysis and market comparisons, and special projects related to growth and financial performance. Collaborates with management and peers, and works cross functionally across the system to continually identify and lead improvement initiatives. 

 Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant and complex Business and Program Development experience.
• Program development in healthcare related field experience is preferred.
• Healthcare industry, end of life care, community health experience is a plus.
• Requires experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
