We have an outstanding opportunity available for a Manager to join our Team for our Healthy Results program in Indianapolis, IN! This role will be a Full Time, Hybrid-Remote position.

The Healthy Results Manager leads the coordination and evaluation of programs specifically crafted to improve employee engagement and the overall health of employees. Assists in planning, directing and operational oversight of employee wellness programs. Leads ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of systems to improve overall quality, efficiency and effectiveness of services, as well as improve employee engagement. Leads program and product development, coordinates and implements projects with support of team members.

• Requires Bachelor degree in Nursing or other health related discipline (Healthcare Administration, Public Health, etc.).
• Requires 5-7 years of health education or wellness experience. Management experience within the healthcare or wellness industry strongly preferred.
• Requires proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Wellness Coach certification preferred.
• Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and or Welcoa certification preferred.
