The Clinic Manager oversees operations for Primary Care Sports Medicine. Collaboration between physician leader and Primary Care administration team in managing the ongoing development, implementation, and performance outcomes to improve overall department advancement. Supervises day to day operations with multiple sports medicine locations, financial management, and works along side the orthopedic service line. Maintains communication and relationships between practice staff, physicians, administration, external customers and other service lines to ensure service excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Clinical experience strongly preferred (MA or ATC preferred)
• Knowledge in business applications.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely results.
• Maintains compliance standards in accordance with the Compliance policies and the Code of Conduct.
