Apply for an HR Analyst – Oracle Cloud role with IU Health! The working hours will be M-F approx. 8-5pm with some additional hours possibly needed during releases (Monthly releases are the fourth Thursday of each month). This will be a hybrid role with 2 days per week onsite in downtown Indianapolis and the rest of the days remotely (may be required to come in more days for big projects or presentations). This position will be part of the Enterprise Resource Planning department within the Human Capital Management team!

This HR Analyst role will lead the Global HR workstream on the ERP team. The following duties will be required but are not limited to:

• Partner with the business and key stakeholders on Oracle Global HR Cloud and ancillary systems impacting the Global HR module
• Participate in Oracle Cloud projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Oracle optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Global HR applications
• Lead Global HR Configuration work
• Review, maintain and map new/existing Oracle Global HR Cloud business processes
• Execute the day-to-day activities of Oracle Global HR Cloud responsibilities for leadership including process design, implementation, and project reviews
• Review business processes, releases, testing and advise leadership on new functionality coming out.
• Liaison between the business and ERP Teams (i.e., Security, Tech, integrations, Reporting, PMO & OCM)

We are looking for applicants with prior HR experience which would be helpful for this role. A few other skills needed include verbal, written, communication and documentation skills, time management and project management skills, Excel skills, and someone who is detail oriented and enjoys technology. #LI-SL

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
• Requires 5-7 years of experience (configuring Oracle is a plus)
• Experience in various business areas and applications (package and custom).
• Experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications.
• Requires experience with professional software.
• Requires project management skills.
• Requires experience facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions.
• Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
