Description

Develops and manages the execution of data analysis and evaluation strategies for community benefit and priority health areas across the IU Health system. Coordinates and collaborates on asset mapping across the IU Health system. Identifies evidence-based strategies for implementation in coordination with hospital partners and community organizations. Trains team members and community partners on best practices related to system metrics and data analysis. Conducts analysis of data from community health needs assessments, IU Health, and other secondary data sources to inform programmatic strategies and metrics.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • 5-7 Years of Experience.
  • Ability to work in a complex business environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, background managing program/event logistics.
  • Experience in managing program/event logistics preferred.
  • Experience designing and facilitating training adults and presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with under-served and/or high risk populations at a macro level.
