As the Director of Chaplaincy for the East Central Region, you will be an innovator in Spiritual Care and an active member of the community. You will have the opportunity to grow the Department of Spiritual Care & Chaplaincy Services program, train future care providers and to enhance a partnership with Ball State University. Other opportunities include:

  • Developing partnerships with Spiritual Care leaders across the healthcare system
  • Collaborating with congregations within the community to provide services to the greater community
  • Managing and supporting a team of 3 Chaplains
  • Partnering with East Central Region Leadership to enhance Spiritual Care services

    Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

    • Masters of Divinity or equivalent and meets the certification requirements of APC, NACC, or ACPE within 2 years of data of hire, required
    • Requires 5+ years of relevant experience, required
    • Licensure as Professional Counselor (LPC-S) or Social Worker (LCSW), preferred
