Position Summary

The Manager, Financial Reporting and Budgeting is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Financial Services. This position will be responsible for overseeing the accounting, reporting, and budgeting function for its related facilities. This includes monthly financial reporting packages (both internal and external, in adherence with GAAP), annual operating budgets, projections, variance analysis, account analysis, implementation of procedural and reporting improvements and development of effective business relationships. The incumbent will display effective planning and organizational skills; be results oriented; and possess the ability to competently manage multiple priorities. This position will manage other team members of varying levels, so there is a need to establish a course of action for self and/or others to accomplish a specific goal, as well as plan proper assignments of personnel and appropriate allocation of resources.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA or MHA preferred
  • Seven+ years of financial and operational analysis experience, with at least three years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills , Motivated and self-driven with continuous process improvement goal , A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential , Ability to work with other functional groups , Proficient in Microsoft Office products , Knowledge of US GAAP , Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast paced environment ,
